Agitation is essential to obtaining exceptional cleaning results. We provide manual raking and brushing to loosen soil, oils and resins. We also use rotary floor machines that cause friction and remove dirt, oil and moisture from the top of the fiber and accelerate the drying process.

Truck mounted steam extraction heats the water temperature to 200°F. Combination of heat, extraction, agitation & chemical (“HEAT”) brings maximum results!
Accelerated Drying Methods
Drying fans are placed in each room and rotated during cleaning to speed up drying process. Rotary drying causes friction and removes excess soil and moisture thus accelerating drying process by 2 times faster!

We use specifically designed equipment “Water Claw” to concentrate on the affected area and shoot enzyme chemicals and deodorizer underneath the pad and extract the spot from the bottom to the top of the fiber. We saturate the spot with a protein enzyme chemical and leave for 15-20 minutes. The cells will multiply and digest the protein of the urine or feces. A final layer of enzyme chemicals are left on the top of the carpet to digest any protein that climbs to the top of the fiber during the drying process.
