As part of our hiring procedures, we conduct interviews and back-ground checks to obtain trustworthy and hard working employees. All persons over the age of 18 are given the opportunity to apply for employment with All Pro Cleaning. Prospective employees are interviewed by managers to ascertain suitability, past job performance and industry experience.
A background check is performed before an individual begins work. The individiual's records are checked for the past seven years. Pending a favorable background check, the individual may be offered a position.
Upon initial hiring, the individual is made aware of company policies. In addition, the new hire completes both an I-9 and W-4 for our personnel files.

In order to motivate and reward our employees for excellent job performance, dedication and taking ownership of their building, we have an employee incentive program. It works like this:
Each month, the supervisor gives each employee a score for his or her job performance. The project manager also inspects the building and gives it a score based on overall cleanliness and appearance. The employee's job performance score is combined with the building score with the highest score being 10. Each employee that receives a total rating of 9 or 10 has their name put into a monthly drawing to receive a cash reward!
Our philosophy is to engender the feeling in our employees that each will view "his/her" work area as "his/her building", along with the commitment that such a personal interest brings. We achieve this by developing personal relationships between employees, management, and company ownership and invite participation to work with managers at problem solving and service improvements. In addition, we reward our employees with pay rates that exceed the local average.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION
Competent supervision ready to encourage, coach, measure and inspect.
Each crew is assigned a lead janitor, a site-supervisor and a project manager to oversee procedures and ensure quality service. A daily call-in procedure is performed by the lead janitors to their building supervisor to ensure proper job staffing. The lead janitor is also responsible for cleaning-procedure training, janitorial closet cleanliness and organization, supply ordering and distribution, daily final inspection and a final building security check.
The site supervisor remains on-call while off-duty in case of emergencies and communicates any requirements to the designated project manager. The site supervisor manages the crew and visits the building several times a week. The site supervisor meets with the project manager weekly to review building complaints, employee problems, time & duties, and shift changes. The site supervisor conducts interviews, lead janitor training, employee reviews, and staffing substitutes for sick, vacation or other unplanned worker absences.
The project manager has direct contact with the customer and is responsible for setting up the contract summary, reporting contact & emergency information, building hours & shifts, building holidays, contract rules, security information and periodic tasks.

We conduct new employee training, new building training, lead janitor training, and on-the-job cleaning procedure training. QUALITY PROGRAM
Our quality program enables us to satisfy our customer's expectations in the most productive and cost-effective manner possible. Our quality program ensures that contract terms and conditions are being met and that facility issues are being resolved as they arise. If a deficiency is discovered, a plan is developed and implemented to prevent reccurrence.
Scheduled and routine preventative maintenance identifies and fixes potential problems before they occur. All Pro Cleaning maintains an electronic calendar for periodic tasks. As a periodic task becomes due, a work order is issued, staffed, and documented upon completion to ensure compliance with the contract.
A dedicated project manager performs weekly building inspections with the site supervisor to identify and address projects for improvement. The project manager's role is to oversee the site supervisor and provide feedback to the general manager. During the building inspection, the project manager interviews each employee about his or her specific tasks to ensure that all needs are being met.
Audits and inspections are kept to indicate the nature and number of observations made, the number of deficiencies found, and the nature of the corrective action taken.. This information is provided to the customer to review upon request.
We recommend that a customer representative participate in inspection tours whenever possible. By jointly inspecting the same conditions, we can better understand your expectations and meet them.
COMMUNICATIONS
Effective communication is the key to any good business relationship. Frequent communication is a key element in developing standards of performance by which the quality of our services can be measured. We make it easy for you to communicate with us by a live person answering our phones: 24/7 and 365 days a year answering service. All Pro Cleaning also provides cell phones, e-mail, and two-way. A project manager is always immediately available to handle your requests.
Each year, we ask our customers to complete a customer survey to help us understand our strengths and/or weakness. It is our goal to achieve customer satisfaction and we encourage close customer relationships and feedback.
